Wrexham Property Meet – 25th September

Once again it was great to see so many of you at the Wrexham Property Meet !

We welcomed both Ashley and Tony to the meet for the first time, we hope you found it beneficial and we look forward to seeing you both again at the next meet up !

Although our mortgage adviser Darren Williams was unable to join us due to training commitments, he had provided us with some invaluable information regarding the most up to date Buy To Let Mortgages available in the market. He is hoping to be able to join us in person at next months meeting.

Amongst the chaos of us moving house this forthcoming week, we hope to be able to contact Sion Wynne from Wrexham Council to see if he is available to come and speak at one of our meetings, as some of you may be aware he is currently the Empty Homes Officer. In addition we understand that he also has information regarding the forthcoming licensing of landlords in Wales which is due to come in.

We look forward to welcoming you all back to the next meeting in October and to welcoming new members alike 🙂
